Deborah Lile has been teaching yoga for over ten years and has been a practitioner for almost 20 years. In addition to having studied at the Chopra Center for Wellness in La Jolla, California, Deborah has taken elements from a variety of disciplines to create Stress Less Yoga, including Hatha, Restorative, Bikram, Iyengar, and Kripalu, and has more than 3,000 hours of hands-on teaching experience.
Having worked in international sports, marketing and tours for many years (see below), Deborah has now taken all of her knowledge and experience and wrapped it around her love of yoga, to bring you Stress Less Yoga South Florida Yoga Retreats in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
As a self-described "work in progress" Deborah seeks to share her love of yoga and the beautiful place she calls home with yogis from around the world.
As the Director of Marketing for CBS Television, Deborah's job included executing the casting calls for CBS's reality shows Survivor, The Amazing Race and Big Brother House. Here she is seen with one of the camera men at a Survivor casting call in South Florida.
Deborah traveled extensively throughout Europe as a consultant to NFL Europe. Here she is seen with former Dallas Cowboys' President Tex Schramm, executives of McCann-Erickson (global advertising agency) and a reporter for International USA Today.
For over 20 years, Deborah has created international events and tour opportunities for sports teams. She has taken more than 100 teams overseas (primarily NCAA teams) for competition, including the United States Naval Academy as well as other prestigious colleges and universities across America.
